The Roles:
Their Victorian team is keen to appoint Product Specialists to their hip and knee joint replacement team, to support surgeons and operating theatre staff during joint replacement cases, as well as those using their highly successful orthopedic surgical robot.
The role will be based in Melbourne and requires you to:
Develop close relationships with surgeons and theatre nursing staff
Assist surgeons and nursing staff during cases
Prepare plans for robotic orthopaedic surgery from CT scans of the patients' joints
Be an integral part of the surgical team during joint replacement procedures
Educate and conduct workshops for surgeons and nursing staff
This is not a sales role, but you will be part of the sales team and share up to date competitor and industry knowledge with the sales team.
Training:
You will receive highly specific and ongoing training, including on-line, and office-based workshops, shadowing colleagues in the field and gaining experience through attending operating theatre cases.
Your Background:
You will need to be comfortable with technology. You may have a physiotherapy or other allied health or scientific degree, plus full time work experience and you will have high energy and be able to be assertive in a diplomatic manner.
The Package:
An excellent salary package is offered and includes:
Negotiable base salary
$20,500 car allowance
9.5% superannuation
15% of base as bonus.
